The project of the Pro Loco Association aims to restore the trenches of Granezzetta in order to permit a safe visit by tourists and schoolchildren. Historical researches and coordination will be done by the volunteer of the Alternative Civilian Service, while the works on the field will be carried out by the volunteers of the Pro Loco and of other grass-root associations.
The main objective is to clean at least the trenches closer to the old dairy building of Granezzetta, that is easily reachable by foot. The project will have to face some critical situations due to the age of the artefacts and the instability of the ground: therefore it will be necessary to intervene in those places with local landslides, stone masonry collapses and weed infestation.
The following steps will be to clean all the trenches of the area, signal them by means of wooden boards and signs and to create a connection with other local attractions like Granezza British cemetery and the alpine botanic garden of Monte Corno.

Critical areas
In the following gallery is possible to see the precarious segments that the project will have to face. Highlighted in the pictures with red are the critical areas and in blue the bottom of the trench.
